Valhalla Tahoe Wedding in South Lake Tahoe

Katelyn + Nick’s outdoor wedding at Valhalla Tahoe was an enchanted lakefront event wrapped in fall colors, a warm breeze off the water and 125 of their favorite people gathered together. From the happy tear-filled ceremony to the packed dance floor at the reception, guests were greeted with the rustic charm of the historic Lake Tahoe venue around every corner. With Whimsy Events orchestrating the flow of the day, Katelyn and Nick were able to fully enjoy every aspect of their wedding, allowing for all the candid moments we all love!

They chose a green and white color palette, designed beautifully by Awesome Blossom, complimenting the surrounding forest. Katelyn was beaming in a sleek, modern gown from AandBe Bridal Shop that fit her playful yet laidback spirit and with minimalist elegance. Lisa Pietrzak polished off her bridal look with a soft curl and natural makeup that allowed Katelyn’s crystal blue eyes to melt my lenses. Lisa’s signature bridal style is taking the canvas of any woman and accentuating features in such a gorgeously natural way. Guests signed the shot skis and once the party got started, all the SDSU alum lined up because who takes shots alone? The dancefloor was packed, even as the taps on shoulders quickly spread that a McDonald’s smorgasbord was awaiting any late night snackers.
