The Open Range

It is about time to start overflowing this blog with the heart-warming sessions I’ve been fortunate to photograph this season! Beginning with this summer session with the Green Family while they were in town visiting family. Having grown up in Gardnerville, it was important to Geoffrey to capture that familiar horizon looking up at the Sierras from the valley. My friends at the Gansberg Ranch were gracious to let us do just that!

Haylee was one of the gorgeous bridesmaids in a wedding that may never leave the portfolio section of my website – Jill + Zach’s Boho in the Sierra’s feature – so it was a treat to get the chance to connect again and capture her family!

Exploring around the fields with this darling family at sunset.. yes, please! This ranch is one of my happy places and what a treat to capture the happiness within their family was a highlight of the summer!
