Last week, I had the privilege of photographing Hawk + Morgan, who got engaged during a winter storm in Tahoe City, California. Although the storm limited visibility and hid Lake Tahoe’s iconic blue beauty, the moment was no less magical. The couple reached out to me to capture their love in the same location, this time under clearer skies and the stunning backdrop of the lake’s true glory. Hailing from Louisiana, they most wanted to bring back the beauty of their engagement as their most treasured souvenir.
