Melissa Vossler is a photographer who has been in my life since the very start of our careers. She was my very first photographer friend and back in 2008, when meeting folks in this industry wasn’t as easy as today. I could write a novel on our friendship which is why finally getting a chance to photograph all four of her kids during a trip to Tahoe was so special.

We share a preference of being the one behind the camera, but there was no way I was letting her get away with a ‘kids only’ shoot. These guys love their mama so beautifully and when she wraps her arms around them all, they fall into place perfectly.
