Rachel was the maid of honor at Katelyn & Brian’s wedding last March. She was absolutely stunning and such a beautiful spirit, so when she contacted me when Tom proposed, I was thrilled to get the chance to capture her own wedding day (coming this June!)

We met up in Chico and toured around to some of their favorite spots, including the spot Tom proposed, at her family’s walnut tree orchard. This was the second time I’ve been to Chico and seeing more of the countryside made me fall even more in love with it. For instance, this tree lined driveway leads to her parents house and when we pulled up my heart dropped. Then we heard the sounds of the children in her family playing down the road, since dinner was just around the corner, and it felt like something out of a movie. Ahh, the country life. Needless to say, I’m excited to return in June when these two are all dolled up and exchanging vows!
