Domi and Katy have one of the sweetest engagement stories I’ve heard yet. They had recently bought a home and Domi was outside on a ladder and had asked for some help. He asked her to reach into his pocket to get what he needed and she instead found a poem. She looked at the nearby tree and saw “Marry Me” with their names carved inside a heart. At that point, she says she blacked out in awe, surprise and excitement. How freakin’ fantastic that they will see that tree daily and have the reminder of such a great moment.
These two are local to Lake Tahoe and found a sweet property nestled in the landscape of the Blue Lakes area to celebrate. With no shortage of personal touches and with the help of their coordinator, Belen, they hosted such a beautifully down to earth wedding with a killer dance party to follow!

Domi and Katy, congratulations to you and thank you for inviting me to capture such a wonderful day in your lives! See you around town!

It was so great to see some familiar faces!

This little gem couldn’t have been more nervous to perform a violin solo in front of the crowd… but I swear she was bluffing since she knocked it out of the park and the crowd went nuts. Then went on to participate in an all star line up of speeches!
